Got a actual link to that decision? I`m not finding it.A very recent SCOTUS decision regarding copyright protection, also expanded the protections given to gun mfg's under existing law.
This case will be tossed.

I agree but Stockholders don't give a shit!Too bad "Smith & Wesson, Glock, Ruger, and Taurus" couldn't somehow stop shipping of all their products to NY. (and no LEO exemption to this!)
And THAT, is the whole problem. Companies sold out to these overpaid fucks. Kinda got what we deserved i reckon.I agree but Stockholders don't give a shit!
Some free state AGs should start suing NY municipalities for creating a public nuisance using the same legal rationale NY uses to sue makers of NY unfriendly accessories.Judge should declare the lawsuit frivolous, fine Buffalo and Rochester for court cost and Idahos' state legal fees.

Install a wall around all 12 blue states, list them as terrorist countries, then the president can send them a hot booming message! All 12 Blue states are passing Safe Acts, and the right to sue gun companies, despite SCOTUS rulings and Fed law.
They are unreconstructed, Iranian Jihadi, anti American communists, trying to tie the gun industry up in dozens of lawsuits.

At least some of those blue states have oil.Install a wall around all 12 blue states, list them as terrorist countries, then the president can send them a hot booming message!
That`ll fix the problem....permanently!

Yes, you`re right, they do.... its called SNAKE OILAt least some of those blue states have oil.
You know what that means....
Well I certianly agree with you there. If we ever get an AG to do their dam job we might get somewhere. AG's should be handing out indictments every dam hour for the Bullshit going on across the Country. All 12 Blue states are passing Safe Acts, and the right to sue gun companies, despite SCOTUS rulings and Fed law.

I think the problem goes deeper that that,- I blame that RINO Chief Justice Roberts @ SCOTUS. He rules against our rights too often, AND, he is restricting the number of cases that go before SCOTUS every year (to about 80 IIRC), which is half of what they used to handle. As a result, many 2A cases that should be heard at SCOTUS are never granted Cert,- and our rights are delayed and infringed as a result.Well I certianly agree with you there.
