I’m waiting for them to sue the makers of hands, hammers, knives, cars, booze, weed, and many other things for failing to do what they are claiming gun makers do.
Buffalo and Rochester’s lawsuits claim gun manufacturers violated New York’s “reasonable controls” statute by not doing enough to prevent criminal misuse of their products after lawful sale. The cities seek both monetary damages and court-imposed supervision of manufacturing and distribution practices. The amicus brief argues these claims are precisely what PLCAA prohibits and would unconstitutionally burden Second Amendment rights.

Some free state AGs should start suing NY municipalities for creating a public nuisance using the same legal rationale NY uses to sue makers of NY unfriendly accessories.
NY municipalities create a public nuisance when they undercharge or early release known dangerous criminals who then travel to free states and commit more crimes.
All 12 Blue states are passing Safe Acts, and the right to sue gun companies, despite SCOTUS rulings and Fed law.

Well I certianly agree with you there. If we ever get an AG to do their dam job we might get somewhere. AG's should be handing out indictments every dam hour for the Bullshit going on across the Country.
I think the problem goes deeper that that,- I blame that RINO Chief Justice Roberts @ SCOTUS. He rules against our rights too often, AND, he is restricting the number of cases that go before SCOTUS every year (to about 80 IIRC), which is half of what they used to handle. As a result, many 2A cases that should be heard at SCOTUS are never granted Cert,- and our rights are delayed and infringed as a result.
