Hochul the Horrible will probably just ignore the judges/courts ruling.
But to what effect IDK.

She's already shown she can and will ignore a court's ruling(s) and get away with it.
Hochul is a rogue governor who should be dealt with by the Feds.

As it is, the way Hochul operates, NYers have no protection from the courts.
The CCIA for one example.

Shielding illegal aliens might be another example, but I'm not a legal expert so I might be incorrect on that one.

I remember a time not all that long ago when Hochul the Horrible declared that everyone in NY had to wear a mask when in public... She's an asshole.

Until local officials and officers start being arrested and facing federal charges, they have no reason to do otherwise.

 This is my shocked face. Every NY politician who supported this knew it wouldn’t go anywhere but they went ahead and wasted taxpayer money and time on this. They should all be charged with Fraud.

There's not a single federal agent that's going to take direction from a State agency... Especially in these times with the current commander in Chief who actually does things!

Imagine some state trooper trying to arrest an ICE agent for wearing a mask.

He'd be lucky not to end up in prison, no matter who's orders he was following.

If he called for backup, he might get a lot of people killed, starting with himself.

I dont think any trooper would attempt that arrest. ICE agents wearing a mask in public is not against the law, its merely a policy choice the gov tried to issue.
