Jury deliberating in trial of Lindsay Clancy, US woman accused of killing her children

For five weeks, the trial has gripped the country as Clancy's lawyers have argued that she was suffering from postpartum psychosis when she killed her children, who ranged in age from eight months to five years. Clancy does not deny killing her two sons and daughter.

The prosecution argued she made a calculated decision to intentionally murder them.

I hope she gets life in the electric chair, if you ask me me, human rights are for humans , she doesn't qualify, send her to hell.

FWIW - This morning, while listening to a podcast. The discussion was about a guy who has both a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old. The thing is, his wife is publicly supportive of Clancy. So the guy is taking action toward getting a divorce and is going for complete custody of his two kids. For good reason.

I cannot vouch for that story, but can you guys imagine having little kids and the wife supports Clancy's actions? - Ho Lee Crap! What a frickin' conundrum that would be.

I’ve heard stories of breaking off with girlfriends/fiancé because they support her

I haven't watched the trial, but my .02 cents is that she was probably on WAY too many pills.

She may be evil, she may be insane, the copious amounts of strong pills certainly didn't help the situation and probably changed her mental state.
I also tend to believe evil is real. I think she was probably mentally weak from all the shit she was taking and as a result was able to be possessed or influenced by evil forces.

Rational mothers don't brutally murder their children, you have to be evil to some level to be able to do something like that. She is mentally ill.

I have fastidiously avoided this bread and games distraction only to have it show up on the NYGF. Time to take a Labor Day reposo. Enjoy! See ya on the other side .

The Left and the fematwatzi's that support her have to have her exonerated so them can justify and keep killing their Children with impunity. (at least under Man's Law) Off on a Tangent between NYS and Amish Children: The State is totally ok with you killing your baby right up until the Doctor cuts the umbilical cord, but from then on demands total control over that child mandating what injections it will have, where and how it will be educated, and Plantation ownership for life.

And they said it was ridiculous when we suggested they would start pushing "post birth abortion".

Makes you wonder if there is a time limit on that "post birth" thing...
And if you actually need to be related to "abort" them.

Brings up some interesting possibilities.

Dark Prediction for How Men Will Respond to Women Supporting Lindsay Clancy

Folks this is a interesting clip . A person in the comments section said ...If you are dating a women that supports Lindsay .. Run
One point was brought up was she was over extended physically ... Worn out .. exhausted . This played into her mind set ....
Have we as a society tried to have it all .. We need to grab that gold ring ... Live in a McMansion ,,, Drive a few $ 100,000 autos.... Go on vacations as if you were single. We are at a point as a society where we need two incomes . to live that life style ...
All of us on this forum I am sure we at times drove our mothers nuts . You break a window doing something your parents told you not to do a hundred times .... We did some real stupid stuff to a point where one of us could have died very easily . ... I will just leave it at that. .... All kids test their parents ... But to drive them to murder ... NO .. I know of one woman she was single and every June when school was out she committed herself to the R wing at Strong hospital for the summer . CPS took the kids and put them in foster care . That was her way of coping . I have no idea where the father was .

The line in states like this continues to shift when it comes to acceptable death. Mass just posted an interesting law on this in relations to abortion. Society continues to devalue life to even this point of this trial.

This woman does not appear to be someone in financial or emotional need for help; husband seems to be involved, circle of friends, healthcare insurance, being seen by several health professionals. Options were available. Warning signs as well. This is NOT the hill to die on claiming “Her choice”. Her saving grace is she committed this crime in the right area and right State.

But let anyone defend them and theirs with a firearm and it’s a closed case.

Lady Justice is no longer blind.

Lindsay Clancy jury foreperson talks holdout: ‘He admitted he had reasonable doubt'

In the exclusive interview, which lasted over an hour, the jurors talked about the defense and the prosecution and the lengthy deliberations, as well as confirming what observers had inferred from the foreperson’s note, that there was a holdout juror, who left them frustrated — they said he wouldn’t listen to the rest of the panel. Three Jurors in Lindsay Clancey Case Speak About Lone Holdout: "He had the hardest time getting off the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children." - The Last Refuge

Is it a coincidence that during the COVID-19 controversies the largest loss in credibility fell upon the nursing and schoolteacher professions, while the jury in the Lindsay Clancey case were majority female nurses and teachers? Speaking to NBC in Boston, three of the female jurors speak out...

The woman had a husband who made more than $400,000 a year. She had a nanny. She was capable of planning and carrying out executive functions demonstrated by the murders of three people. She was capable of getting help if that was what she wanted. She could have left them.

Lindsay Clancy Supporters Threaten The Father Of The Children She Murdered

Patrick Clancy, the father of three children killed by his former wife, Lindsay Clancy, inside the family's Duxbury, Massachusetts, home in January 2023, is now the target of an online harassment campaign built on the false claim that he was involved in their deaths.
The claim has no foundation. Lindsay Clancy confessed. She never disputed killing her three children. Her defense spent the trial arguing she wasn't criminally responsible because of severe mental illness, including postpartum psychosis, while prosecutors countered that she knew what she was doing.
Nobody on either side of that courtroom argued Patrick did it or was involved in any way. However, that inconvenient fact hasn't stopped supporters of Lindsay Clancy from claiming otherwise.

Sounds like the entire jury did not follow the judges instructions.

There are very specific rules you have to follow.
