For five weeks, the trial has gripped the country as Clancy's lawyers have argued that she was suffering from postpartum psychosis when she killed her children, who ranged in age from eight months to five years. Clancy does not deny killing her two sons and daughter.

The prosecution argued she made a calculated decision to intentionally murder them.

FWIW - This morning, while listening to a podcast. The discussion was about a guy who has both a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old. The thing is, his wife is publicly supportive of Clancy. So the guy is taking action toward getting a divorce and is going for complete custody of his two kids. For good reason.

I cannot vouch for that story, but can you guys imagine having little kids and the wife supports Clancy's actions? - Ho Lee Crap! What a frickin' conundrum that would be.

I haven't watched the trial, but my .02 cents is that she was probably on WAY too many pills.

She may be evil, she may be insane, the copious amounts of strong pills certainly didn't help the situation and probably changed her mental state.
I also tend to believe evil is real. I think she was probably mentally weak from all the shit she was taking and as a result was able to be possessed or influenced by evil forces.

Rational mothers don't brutally murder their children, you have to be evil to some level to be able to do something like that. She is mentally ill.
