Expecting the government to overthrow the government?It won't happen without utilizing the maximum force specified by Article II, Section 2, Clause 1:

Martial law can be validly and constitutionally established
That's an exercise in futility.
As we've seen the last year and a half the government has no interest in actually cleaning its own house, only talking about it to drum up votes.
Even low hanging fruit (*cough* jumbo james fraud *cough*) is ultimately ignored after the photo op.
