IF we'd have taught Civics (aka Social Studies) sufficiently in High School and shudder the notion, a refresher course to the Pool of prospective Jurors then the premise, responsibility, and Duty of a Juror might be better applied and understood, but the Judicial doesn't want average people from the community (Peers) sticking their noses into the workings of the Courts or prosecution as people are swayed by the performances of defense attorneys leading to DA's losing cases that cost time, money, and with enough failures, their Jobs.
Lindsay Clancy jury foreperson talks holdout: ‘He admitted he had reasonable doubt'
In the exclusive interview, which lasted over an hour, the jurors talked about the defense and the prosecution and the lengthy deliberations, as well as confirming what observers had inferred from the foreperson’s note, that there was a holdout juror, who left them frustrated — they said he wouldn’t listen to the rest of the panel. Three Jurors in Lindsay Clancey Case Speak About Lone Holdout: "He had the hardest time getting off the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children." - The Last Refuge
Is it a coincidence that during the COVID-19 controversies the largest loss in credibility fell upon the nursing and schoolteacher professions, while the jury in the Lindsay Clancey case were majority female nurses and teachers? Speaking to NBC in Boston, three of the female jurors speak out...theconservativetreehouse.com

Long time ago there was an Organization whose mission was educating and proposing Law that reminded each Juror THEY had the Power of Nullification, they could decide if the Law was being properly applied, legitimate, or spot on.
Just think if one of us here were seated on a Jury Trial of someone being charged with having a Magazine that 11 rounds were stuffed into (and you know that things can be forced) YOU would have the Power to verdict "Not Guilty" because you decided the Law is unjust/unfairly applied/unconstitutional/etc. now the Judge isn't going to tell you that, he's going to instruct that you must follow the letter of the Law in deciding guilt and is done so under Color of Law as though YOU have no choice, well that's bullshit, you DO have the choice, and this man that held out might not have been sure if she was insane, but was sure she premeditated and executed three murders of innocent Children,...Of your opinion I know not, of this Trial we only only have what's been spoon fed up by the Media and those profiting from the scandal of it all, but if it were mine, well I'm not going to post words that could be used against me, but you're smart enough to figure it out.

I BELIEVE in God the Father, The Holy Spirit, and His Son Jesus Christ....many of us have spoken those words in profession of faith, yet we act as though Demonic forces were old mythology, that "it doesn't happen anymore" or those are just stories to frighten children and small minds, well I DO believe there are demonic forces at work, that there are evil and severely misguided people among us, that there are many who have become ignorant to everything outside what's specifically targeted towards formation of a predetermined opinion (see Delphi method) Delphi method - Wikipedia
The prospect of an invisible control over our minds (nefarious) so threatens many peoples paradigms that they'd rather dismiss than examine the possibility....well Brother let me tell you it's real, it's here, and it is influencing our lives and eventual destruction...
I am the worst Catholic ever, a piss-poor example of a Christian, and haven't read the Bible beyond verses that piqued my interest at the time, but my heart knows something's wrong, and it ain't good.
I think the problem is the 11 karens on the jury did precisely as you recommend. They thought the law was not being properly applied to Clancy.IF we'd have taught Civics (aka Social Studies) sufficiently in High School and shudder the notion, a refresher course to the Pool of prospective Jurors then the premise, responsibility, and Duty of a Juror might be better applied and understood, but the Judicial doesn't want average people from the community (Peers) sticking their noses into the workings of the Courts or prosecution as people are swayed by the performances of defense attorneys leading to DA's losing cases that cost time, money, and with enough failures, their Jobs.

Without doubt it works both ways and not always for the betterment, but the founding of this Country hinged our Rights on setting one guilt man free rather than a single innocent man punished.
I find the murder of those children reprehensible and inexcusable, and while the Natural Man within calls out for her punishment, we may have to accept her spending the rest of her life in a mental institution, even IF she is/was insane, she can never be allowed to roam free again...wasn't just Blacks that were lynched back in the day and it's said what was old becomes new again.
The "Karens" are a symptom of affluent white women being demonically influenced...what other explanation can we find for this aberrant, radical behavior?
Bad enough they've demanded the Right to abort a child, but now they want it excusable to murder them when their hormones combined with drugs causes them to completely derail....hey, remember that thing about SSRI's being responsible for School Shootings; the same ones shifted to dysfunctional trans persons and democrats who just can't tolerate people that disagree with their opinions of how things should be.

NBC has taken things far beyond what is moral, ethical or even legal, and they should pay a heavy price.
Anyone thinking about sitting out the 2026 midterm election should immediately think about the ramifications and consequences of letting this type of toxic leftism run amok. This is horrid, toxic and creepy in the worst and most direct way imaginable.
MATT WALSH really does sum it up well when he says, “A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children. The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined.
Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed.
It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.”
NBC News has published specific details of the holdout juror who refused to go along with the other eleven jurors in the Lindsay Clancy case. The media is now hunting him down, investigating him and publishing private details of his life as they use Alinsky methods to support a subset of toxic leftist culture.

Court documents and interviews with family members reveal a history of domestic violence allegations. We discovered a pending eviction case tied to months of not paying rent.
The NBC10 Boston Investigators also found an active restraining order against him, while he was listening to evidence in the case.
NBC10 Boston has repeatedly attempted to contact the juror at home, where his landlord is currently trying to evict him.

And the juror needs to sue.
At least a billion dollars.
That amount ought to get the attention of the big shots at NBC.
It occurs to me that NBC, and all those who are practicing doxing as related to jurors, are guilty of jury intimidation.
Just knowing that corporations and individuals, will out the dissenting juror, could have a chilling effect on all jurors.
That could easily lead to juries deciding to condemn or acquit defendants according to what they believe will ensure their own personal safety.
That ought to be a Federal offense.

Folks ... If one does does not desire to serve on a jury can we now make the case that we don't want our lives to be investigated by a leftist news organization if I vote wrong during the trial ?

This is just absolute insanity. Citizens can be forced involuntarily to serve on a jury and then be subjected to this. Reminds me of draftees returning from Vietnam to shouts of "baby killers!".
NBC needs a 10 figure lawsuit here.

Lindsay Clancy lawyer stunningly suggests no evidence mom killed her kids in wild U-turn after mistrial
PLYMOUTH, Mass. — Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer questioned, “Where is the evidence” that the mother of three killed her kids — an apparent U-turn from the defense strategy that she was psychotic when she fatally strangled them. The 75-year-old veteran attorney claimed the DNA and fingerprint evidence were “woefully deficient,” the prosecution’s timeline was “ridiculous,” and the police investigation was inadequate.

Is he seriously suggesting that Lindsey's DNA wouldn't be all over *her own* house ?
It would be shocking if it *wasn't* on every square inch of the place.
