IF we'd have taught Civics (aka Social Studies) sufficiently in High School and shudder the notion, a refresher course to the Pool of prospective Jurors then the premise, responsibility, and Duty of a Juror might be better applied and understood, but the Judicial doesn't want average people from the community (Peers) sticking their noses into the workings of the Courts or prosecution as people are swayed by the performances of defense attorneys leading to DA's losing cases that cost time, money, and with enough failures, their Jobs.

Long time ago there was an Organization whose mission was educating and proposing Law that reminded each Juror THEY had the Power of Nullification, they could decide if the Law was being properly applied, legitimate, or spot on.
Just think if one of us here were seated on a Jury Trial of someone being charged with having a Magazine that 11 rounds were stuffed into (and you know that things can be forced) YOU would have the Power to verdict "Not Guilty" because you decided the Law is unjust/unfairly applied/unconstitutional/etc. now the Judge isn't going to tell you that, he's going to instruct that you must follow the letter of the Law in deciding guilt and is done so under Color of Law as though YOU have no choice, well that's bullshit, you DO have the choice, and this man that held out might not have been sure if she was insane, but was sure she premeditated and executed three murders of innocent Children,...Of your opinion I know not, of this Trial we only only have what's been spoon fed up by the Media and those profiting from the scandal of it all, but if it were mine, well I'm not going to post words that could be used against me, but you're smart enough to figure it out.

Without doubt it works both ways and not always for the betterment, but the founding of this Country hinged our Rights on setting one guilt man free rather than a single innocent man punished.
I find the murder of those children reprehensible and inexcusable, and while the Natural Man within calls out for her punishment, we may have to accept her spending the rest of her life in a mental institution, even IF she is/was insane, she can never be allowed to roam free again...wasn't just Blacks that were lynched back in the day and it's said what was old becomes new again.

At least a billion dollars.
That amount ought to get the attention of the big shots at NBC.
It occurs to me that NBC, and all those who are practicing doxing as related to jurors, are guilty of jury intimidation.
Just knowing that corporations and individuals, will out the dissenting juror, could have a chilling effect on all jurors.
That could easily lead to juries deciding to condemn or acquit defendants according to what they believe will ensure their own personal safety.
That ought to be a Federal offense.
