They've fallen so far, and aren’t done yet.
What it's going to take in the end should probably be called "The 10th crusade".
There's only one way to fix this now, and that's going to need a lot of resolve and it's going to get ugly.
Or, the alternative, do nothing and continue with the status quo and its almost a certainty that within the next generation (10-20 years) western Europe is essentially conquered from within.
