Actually you use this little piece of plastic and slide it down depressing the silver pin right above the FC roll mark in the pic and thats it. Takes 2 seconds to do that then unscrew it
I could text them to you. It's in my car and I was planning on trading it in tomorrow morning If you are interested text me at 941-704-7285 and I can grab a couple of pics for you. Gun is brand new
I have a bnib Benelli M4 pistol grip stock with the factory flat dark earth for sale for $1,650 dollars. Original price was $1,999 on sale so you can save your self $350 plus the 8% sales tax (of $160)! Face to face in Albany area at local FFL
I thought the reason you can't is that the barrel isn't smoothbore like the shotguns...I also can't remember for the life of me where I remember hearing that from
What are you looking for? A pocket 9? Have you ever trained with a safety and a single stage trigger? If so either one is an excellent choice . If not they are not very good choices.
Look into a Glock 33 with a +1 pearce extension for 10 rounds of .357 Sig. It really does hit that much harder than 9mm. The Underwood bonded JHP 125 gr is what you want based on your criteria
The one I posted penetrates 17". You want the Xtreme Penetrator version 9mm+p not the defender. Also Will I recommend the .357 Sig Underwood bonded jacketed 125 gr hollow point if you want the most penetration with the most kinetic energy. It literally rocks the block. And I mean rocks it.
I have tested Underwood Xtreme Defender in 9mm, .357Sig and .45 The 9mm and .45 penetrated to 17" routinely.
The .357 Sig went to 21-22"
The .380 Xtreme Penetrator penetrated to 17" routinely and is what I carry in my .380
I have done countless hours of Ballistic gel testing of 9mm with Shield, G43 and G19. The HST 124 gr standard pressure outperformed all the others. It penetrated 16-18" through 4 layers of denim and other barriers beautifully. I tested 150 rounds of HST 124 gr and the only other round that was...
Here is my Pistol fixed mag AR15 with a 7.5" Adams arm upper that functions perfectly. The mag is a magpul gen3. I use Mean Arms loader with it. An ATF agent who is part of the law enforcement division came out and inspected the lower. I use a FC Hook and the Prince 50 with JB weld. My judge was...
ROFLMAO...research is suppose to make you smarter and better informed...LMAO...I think you missed the memo on that one!!
Edit...sorry Will that wasn't very nice of me....my apologies
I am not all over the place with points. The whole point is the rest of the USA uses hollow points for self defense carry ammo. Will uses FMJ. I don't have any issue with you using FMJ. The issue is trying to tell others that it is ok. You are dead wrong and that is horrible advice. That advice...
That's not all I have. You do your own research. My family has been in the legal and medical field for over 68 years. You are absolutely clueless. You are actually giving out harmful and dangerous advice. At this point you need to stop giving out foolish and wrongful advice about carrying FMJ...
R
ROFLMAO There is WIll's facts and there is rest of the world fact's.....You actually crack me up.....There is almost always a court case criminal and civil after a civilian shooting. There just was court case look up CCW Safe....Anyway please stop giving out wrongful advice that could...
So in a court of law who are they going to listen too? Will who gives bad advice on the internet or Mas who is considered one of the leading experts in this field even if sometimes he gives bad advice? Really Will?? It's ok when you are wrong...
So I proposed this very question to Mas Ayoob
Here is my question to him...
"We were having a discussion about FMJ and JHP carry ammo. Is there a potential legal issue if you carry say 9mm or 45mm FMJ in regards to over penetration? Or is over penetration just a myth and shouldn't be a concern...
I am not wrong about anything. I have told you all along your idea of using FMJ for a self defense round is indefensible in a civil case (with the exception of .380 or .22)if there is an innocent bystander shot in general and/or in regards to over penetration (that includes shooting someone and...
Can you not read?????????? NO ONE SAID that all your shots will hit...Matter of fact I said in the shootout that we missed MANY times.....The majority of shots miss. So many people say I will have situational awareness of what is behind the perp prior to a shootout so I am not worried about over...
You don't listen to anything other than your own nonsense. What I am saying again is that YOU CANT ALWAYS DETERMINE OR ADJUST TO WHATS BEHIND A PERP WHEN A SHOOTING TAKES PLACE. Do what you want you are clearly clueless and you have never been in a situation or shooting. I never said I was a...
Watch this video and tell me about the people running behind the black guy who was getting shot at....Don't think for a moment that innocent bystanders don't get hit...either by a miss or OVER PENETRATION
Not true...where do you come up with this garbage you spew out of your mouth???? Your full of it. Hydraulic pressure is the typical media to cause a hollow point to open up but not the only media....you are starting to sound ignorant and I recommend you don't provide any advice like this...
I am not skirting the question. I have already been involved in a situation. Many shots fired myself and two officers. All with hollow points....many shots missed...they most always do. You hope and pray that the final resting place is inert objects and no worries of over penetration with...
I do know that none of your argument is valid when it comes to defending yourself in a civil suit. You can do 100 different scenario's and knowingly using FMJ that will over penetrate is not a good philosophy. That's a fact jack...but again do as you want.
I don't think anyone is blindly defending hollow points. I am in the medical field and have done countless hours of testing. It is true that it is not the same as human tissue which I have witnessed first hand. There will be no defense for over penetration from a FMJ that you will use in case...
Yes of course I know that. I also know that standard is what the Law will go by in a court room setting. My father and sister are attorney's. Its a no brainer
Not true. I didn't say they recommend to civilians. The recommend to the officers on duty and off duty. Most of the time it is not a recommendation but a requirement. Good luck defending yourself with your thought process. When I worked with officers in Florida I called the department head and...
The other legal issue is that No department local or federal recommend FMJ or flatpoints. They recommend hollow points .....except for the State of NJ. So if there is any issue with your shooting that maybe related to over penetration then I would expect the prosecutor will use that against you...
I used a Glock 42, Ruger LCP Custom and a Ruger LCP II. All functioned fine in 3 magazine dumps. . My Kahr CW 380 choked on Underwood but functioned perfectly with Lehigh's version. The 9mm I tested solely with my Glock 43. The Shield .45 was used for the .45. I did 3 magazine dumps with each...
I did ballistic gel testing with Underwood .380 Xtreme Penetrator, 9mm 90gr+P Xtreme defender and .45 120gr Xtreme Defender as well as 357SIG Xtreme defender 90gr
The 380, 9mm and .45 penetrated to 17-17 1/2" routinely through bare gel and through 4 layers of heavy denim. They were extremely...
