I liken the difference between the 43x and the 19 to that between the 19 and 17. It’s slight, but enough to make a huge difference in the right hands.

Oddly enough I don’t like the 365 grip. It’s actually too small and I have small hands. Didn’t think it was possible. I like everything else about the 365 though. The sights and trigger are definitely better than the Glock ones. Just that dinky grip

Don’t knock it til you’ve tried it. lol. I have a 43 and a 48 and put the 48 slide on the 43 frame and it shoots quite nicely for such a small grip.
