Yeah, I woke up to a bunch of missing posts and what not. Not sure what the story is.......As for the axe, there are spring loaded levers on the head. When you chop the levers catch the wood and separate it (allegedly chucking it very far). Was suppose to be all the rage when they were first around.

I'm not positive if there is a law or not to be honest. I know from the older generation that catching them, hooking through the back and tossing them out was the tits bait for bass.

Mice do make good bass bait though.

I thought about it, the only problem is frozen bait doesn't give off the smell that is attractive to the target. Usually the weather is cold during season and they won't really thaw.

I shoot the chipmunk and groundhogs out of the window with an air gun to feed the hunting fix. The mice cover my trapping.

Yup, redneck mouse trap....bottle on a rod so it spins freely. Piece of wood leaned up to bucket so they can easily get up. They walk out stand on bottle and fall in. Water in the bottom so they can't jump out and drown. Works like a champ.
