Yes, when the wind wasn't buzzing it all over the place, it worked great. Could easily see the impacts with enough to tell how much adjustment was needed. Those splatter/shoot n see targets are really great for sighting in though, love those.

News story just said this stemmed from a domestic incident and the shooter's MIL attended this church. Makes sense, take it out on 50 other people, for no reason, fucking piece of shit. RIP to the victims and hope the 10 others in critical condition all pull through.

This part highlighted is the only part that matters really for your original question. All other rules regarding the SAFE Act still apply. If you have a bolt gun, you can use a detachable 10 round mag. Using a PMAG 30 is still illegal, regardless if it's going into a bolt gun or not.

What's your take on these? I'm not looking at expensive ones, but more less, ones that are on sale/under a bill. I see 20-60, 25-75, etc and I'd like to know if anyone has one and how effective it is in spotting shots at 100-300y down range? Are they all the same under $100? This won't get used...
