Florida, Colorado, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire will recognize your Utah permit if you are a resident of Utah. Florida dropped out several years ago, as did Colorado. New Hampshire is a constitutional carry state, and Pennsylvania we lost due to their old AG Kathleen Kane.
