I buy ammo whenever I can. Usually 2 or 3 times a month, varying calibers. If I have shot up any, I try to buy double what I used at range. Gun purchases have slowed last few years, impulse buy only if smoking deal.

Depends. If carrying my P238, one in chamber, safety off, but hammer down. If my G26, or S&W 438(which has been my go to the last couple of months), no hammers, no safety, ready to rumble. Same in the house, along with my Mossberg 590 street sweeper, also ready to go.

Me too. 1983 to be exact. Strapped up in the gunstore after picking up my first handgun, and carried it all over the rest of day. Cant recall where I went , but might have worn in to bed that night also...(kidding).........:)
