Theory.... What if Trump is pre positioning federal forces (Marines) and national guard because he's planning to arrest newsome? He wants them there to restore and keep order during the arrest and to put down the riot.

Why it's interesting, is active duty federal troops can't be police in most circumstances. Those type of tasks are tasked to the states national guards. I'm wondering if Trump is seriously considering declaring them in rebellion or insurrection. Then the Marines can have at it.
