Which makes more sense: "In the midst of a wave of surgical precision strikes targeting Iranian leadership, the US decided to send a million dollar missile to blow up a random kindergarten" Or "One of Iran's notoriously unreliable missiles malfunctioned and landed back on Iranian soil".
