Your bolt should be machined like the one on the right to clear the Glock magazine feed lips. Even if it’s not it should only hang up with a mag in the lower. Did you fully assemble the bolt stop or just do a mock up? I would install it completely if you haven’t yet.

Adjustable safety, they usually have hex cap screws. If you can’t get it out use a dremel and grind it flush. Looking at it again it looks like someone replaced one of the two hex caps with a headed screw.
