There isn't a split, because this didn't make it to the circuit courts. In order to make it (to the unfriendly 9th Circuit), it would have to be appealed and they would have to take the case. Only then would we have a split where SCOTUS may take the case.

I've never used Vimeo before, so I can't help you with that specifically. YouTube does offer that I believe. You can make it so the video isn't searchable and they need the direct link to access it. Vimeo may have something similar.

For sure. I know hunting clothing can be difficult to find a good fit for women. I think the big box stores clothing lines aren't doing as well because of all the performance/specialty lines. Sitka, First Lite, Kuiu and others are really putting a dent into traditional brands.

The head on shot is doable with a bow, but you've got to be able to hit an orange or grapefruit sized hole. It really helps to have a fast bow and a deer that doesn't know what's going on. I'd take the shot in a limited number of circumstances.

It's the default setting for the forum. I don't think we ever changed it.

I don't have access to the database to pull up your individual options. I can only edit some of them from the admin control panel. I'll page @NYGuns as he has access to the database.

I changed it so, by default, new users won't have that setting enabled. It doesn't really help you though. Let me see if I can find some other options for you.

Did you go into your preferences and change the default?
