From the cops that I have talked to that have done this in the past it is any visit from a police officer. Say your neighbor is a feminist and you call your wife a bitch and she calls the cops. They see you have guns and they are confiscated. A simple argument that your neighbor calls about and good bye guns.
They were bragging they have done this even when no crime was committed and both have admitted it and the cops know no arrest will every come from the incident.

For all those saying about the government having no duty to protect that’s for liability sake or they could be sued for everything.
