At quick glance this order violates the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th amendments to the Constitution. I hope this mayor gets sued into the ground and made an example of. Who the fuck does this guy think he is?

Remember the 2 Russian pressure cooker bombers? People were being pulled out of their houses in MA and their houses searched without warrants and nothing happened to those in charge. There was no pursuit and no idea where they were hiding. Just blanket searches and constitutional violations.

Makes you wonder what she has planned that she's worried about people resisting with deadly force ?

If she actually invokes this, that should be all the justification the citizens there should need to employ that force.

If someone points a gun at you, you don't need to wait for them to pull the trigger to consider it a threat.
