No, 20mm semi auto, well it ejects the case and locks the bolt to the rear and then you need to manually release the bolt to chamber the next round.

That's not an accurate telling of the story. He sold 100s of guns with no ATF paperwork, and thumbed his nose at the .gov when they came in and asked him to surrender his license and offered him plea deals with no jail time.
