I love when these countries ban a particular site. Do they not realize that even a mildly techy person can get around this in less than 1 minute? The only way a country can make this work is if they have a Kwangmyong style intranet.

The Trend has been to dictatorships, even in England and the former UK.....................no dissent allowed, and free speech is an uniquely American crime......................that peasants can even call asswipes, asswpies, and keep them in fear................. them with guns, is a crime against Kings, Dictators, Communism, and must be smashed by the MSM and Deep State here by illegal acts that justfy the goals of OWG and the death of rule................. by all Euro white men.

KOTEX FOR THE WIN!

10,000 YEARS OF WORLD HISTORY, TURNED OVER BY THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE............ SINCE 1975.

Any yet they are paid homage as being the savior of all...
Lincoln had Newspaper Editors and any who would dare speak in favor of the dissolution of the Union or supportive the plight of the Confederate States held without Trial...He was NOT the hero history describes him as.
We had censorship through WWII along with other abhorrent and prejudicial actions against American Citizens...
Ton kin Gulf? USS Maine, any Military Action, et.al. (and there is reason as well as abuse, but I digress)
I get your Point and the Generalization of it, but innocent we are not.

Misinformation Was a Problem During the Civil War, Too

While the platforms that help today’s untruths snowball and spread are often decidedly modern, the problem itself is nothing new

You are right, it's really human nature that there's aren't usually "good guys" in any fight. When it comes to violence between large organized groups it's almost always a fight between bad guys and worse guys.

But, my point still stands, censorship was *never* the "good guy" answer.
