California driving out the wealthy with their proposed wealth tax. 5% tax on net worth of every billionaire. They say it's a "one time" thing, but it's more likely just going to be the "first time".

Being a ballot initiative, California voters will almost certainly pass it.

Disgusting. I hope all the wealthy get the hell out of there.
