This logic could be used for a lot of things. for instance you haven’t shot anyone as a police officer so you don’t need that gin anymore do you? Same could be said for warranties searches right? If you’re not breaking the law why do you care if the cops come and search your car or home?
Jut because I haven’t and don’t plan on committing a crime doesn’t mean they can take and store my DNA it to use. They can find a lot of familial matches now with dna.
