Police responded to multiple shots fired at Edgar Street at around 5:43 a.m. When city officers arrived, people informed them the victim had been put into a vehicle and was on his way to a hospital. Minutes later the victim was involved in an accident and officers drove the man to a local hospital while a responding city firefighter performed CPR.
