I wear a large t-shirt and sweatshirt.
From their website: “Take a measurement around the largest part of your chest. This will be the coat size. If you come up with a 43" chest, we suggest ordering the 44. The coat sizes run in even numbers only.”

Gotcha. I'm the same height but 275. I think this would fit like a tourniquet.
