My people send me an email every morning with what they are intending to accomplish and one every evening on what they actually accomplished. It will be fairly easy for my folks to answer this email. The problem is we don’t know who the recipient of the information is and what it will be used for.

I cannot elaborate answering the email like this
Attended 5 HQDA meetings that you neither have the clearance or the need to know the subjects or outcomes of this meetings.

I wish I was on leave last week so I could reply

laundry
Dishes
Vacuuming
Took out the trash
Changed the cat box.

why couldn’t this email have come out next week?

I have worked jobs that you had to keep a day log, A detailed phone log, give a weekly forcast, A monthly forcast, 1/4ly, annual. Produce a budget /defend the budget/ answer why you are over budget and behind the forcasts; and you couldn't blame anything on the owners kids who were killing the corporation. They were snorting coke, smoking weed, not showing up for work/meetings/paying bills to venders, great times.

Honestly, this email isn't really much different than the self-review required by most H.R. departments.
It sets the bar low for things like raises, bonuses, continued employment.

What did you do last week?
1) My job
2) My job
3) My job
4) My job
5) prepared a one paragraph email detailing that I did my job last week.

I'm beginning to think the US funded practically every gay or trans rights organization in the world.

Stonewall, UK's Largest Trans Rights Organization, Turned Out to Be a USAID Front

Stonewall UK, which in recent years has been at the tip of the spear in the fight to transify the UK

Apparently the poor dears have to fire 50% of the staff because Uncle Sam is cutting off the gravy train. Oh the horror!

I don't understand why we're giving money to trans organizations in other countries when we have trans people here that could use the funding.

Not that any group, white, black, anything, should get any special funding. It should all just be going through insurance anyway.

This is getting fairly stupid now

This was sent to ICE agents, DEA, Border Patrol as well as HSI AGENTS as an example

Theses are agents WE NEED and are out hunting people on the streets

They have essentially been given till Monday to reply or be fired

This is CRAZY

A lot of these agents, many of whom put their life on the line every day are pissed off big time with this

I can understand admin/office staff getting this - but active field agents who have been literally working round the clock non stop since Jan 5th…………… sorry, this is just wrong

If I was an FBI agent, this would be my response:

1. Working to obtain warrants on a classified case.

2. Deposed a witness for a classified case.

3. Tagged evidence for a classified case.

4. Completed briefing my superiors on the status of a classified case.

5. Read-in colleagues just cleared to work on a classified case.

Kash Patel has told his Agents NOT to respond to this request

Update - ICE and HSI have now been told NOT reply as well

Clearly this should have not gone out in the manner it went out - it bypassed all of the leadership in these agencies who are now saying their employees will not respond

The purpose was to bypass their "leadership". .gov leadership, in general, has not been stellar.

Its not such a hard request, even for the boots on the ground guys.

Example...

1) Chased illegal immigrants.
2) Caught illegal immigrant.
3) Processed illegal immigrant.
4) Fueled vehicle.
5) Chased more illegal immigrants.

Trump Fired After Forgetting To Reply To Elon's Email

WASHINGTON, D.C. — America's new golden age came screeching to an unexpected halt today, as news broke that President Donald Trump had been fired for forgetting to reply to Elon Musk's email.
babylonbee.com babylonbee.com

"A rule is a rule," Musk said when asked by reporters to comment on Trump's abrupt departure. "He was the one who signed off on the idea. Any government employee who did not respond to the email with what they accomplished within the allotted time was to be terminated. Presidents are not immune.

Every week I'm required to write a bulleted list of what I did for the work and what I expect to do for the next week. To me that is not unreasoable.

However, it should be coming from a manager and not a random OPM email or one of Musk's tweets. Seriously, this guy is almost worse than Trump with the social media blasts.

On a side note, I'm all about right-sizing government but they're using a sledge hammer when they should be using a scalpel. I do a lot of work with folks in several federal agencies, and while so far none have been affected directly by layoffs, it's made their jobs harder because they literally have no idea what is going to happen to them day-to-day or week-to-week.

Not every federal employee is a deep stater globalist and Musk and Trump need to take that into consideration as they go through this process.

Dear Miss Federal Employee since you got all but hurt over 5 bullet points. I also am your employer I will now require you so submit a 250 page report double spaced and in cursive (Computer printout will not be allowed) on everything you accomplished over the last 4 years. This will be due at the end of the week or you will be terminated.

Sincerely;

We The People your Employer

I understand your point but a sledgehammer is required at this time given the growth of the federal bureaucracy over the past 60 years. Others have tried and ultimately failed because the bureaucracy has a goddamn mind of its own. I'm certain that mistakes will be made in individual cases but the size and scope of this unelected monster has to be cut down if we are to survive as a nation.

I make my crew to provide me a weekly detailed time sheet with the "who, what, when, where and how long" every week. I will ask them questions as needed. It allows for proper job costing and to track progress compared to our estimates. Mostly it allows them to be paid! It's not a big deal for them and invaluable to me.
The fact that the gubment has gone so long without these types of accounting measures is criminal. Taxpayers are justified in being outraged and demanding retribution and criminal prosecutions. The dems should just STFU and pray they aren't complicit. Of course their screams and protests lead me to believe they are knee deep in the scandals and are dirty as hell.

They want the employees to respond with a note to actually see if they are real people. Lots of fake people claiming all kind of things. SS numbers, Dead people on Voter rolls and such.. I think the are vetting.
