Man, it's gotta suck ass to buy a handful of felonies for possessing something that is PERFECTLY LEGAL in almost 80% of this country.

I keep hoping some one or some group will take that exact statement to the Supreme Court.
How can it be a felony in one state, but not in another? Sure, keep the felony status in NYS, but outside of that, it can't be used elsewhere in circumstances like that.
Then again, would it even be considered a felony at that point?
I'm not just referring to gun laws, but there are plenty of these like this in NYS...

The NYSP accomplishes so little they’re bragging about seizing a rifle and 6 magazines? While 3 of the 6 magazines are perfectly legal in this state. Maybe it’s just me but this doesn’t seem worth the expenditure.
