It's like Trump claiming the vote total conclusion is fiction. He has to prove it.

In Trump's case the claim is "There is vote fraud." Please demonstrate this.

So wrong. You claimed fiction with no data to support claim. Guess you were just bloviating.
I could care less, except for it bothers you (the ballbuster in me enjoys that) and the argument parallels what is taking place with the election results.
Again, no. The default position is to not belive something until proven otherwise.
The Bible has no proof whatsoever of its outlandish claims.
It is not to be believed by default.
Would you like to know how I know this?

There are 80 pages of specific incidents that you refuse to look at. Your dismissing it without any consideration or attempt to weigh it fairly.
You know the difference between evidence and proof? There is a substantial amount of evidence that supports the fact that cheating was going on . Proof is something I cannot provide , thats for the courts to decide . You dont have to prove something to go to court with it , If the evidence is compelling the courts decide . So I can provide you with strong evidence, but I cannot prove it to you .Thats not possible from where Im sitting.
But if you want me to to provide a few examples of I will.

Thats now how it works Sparky. Cops dont prove a crime was committed before an arrest. They arrest on the basis of evidence, not proof. the courts decide if the arrest was vaild. According to you a crime by a person must be proven before an arrest. thats utter bullshit. Evidence is needed and MUST BE EXZAMINED to consider its validity. Not the other way around

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) — A judge ordered an Iowa county Thursday to invalidate 50,000 requests for absentee ballots, agreeing with President Donald Trump's campaign that its elections commissioner overstepped his authority by pre-filling them with voters' personal information.
Judge Ian Thornhill issued a temporary injunction ordering Linn County Auditor Joel Miller to notify voters in writing that the forms should not have been pre-filled with their information and cannot be processed. Instead, they'll have to either fill out new requests for absentee ballots or vote on Election Day.

So from what I have read there is information that could cause some members of state legislatures to not certify the elections conducted in their states.
Is my understanding correct?
If enough state legislatures do not certify elections, and thus no candidate can achieve 270 Electoral votes, the House picks the next President?

US Army seizes Dominion servers in Germany, Trump lawyer vows, 'I'm going to release the Kraken' - Geller Report News

looks like it.
The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.
The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.
By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.

Any good legal team will not give up all they have until they go to court. Everyone keeps saying "show me proof", but I believe we will all have to wait for things to go to court to see hard proof.
