Election Coverage And Results Thread

Says who? Which MSM is reporting this?

Reporting what?

You guys are being played.

You have your faith in these lawsuits. They will amount to a hill of beans. When that happens will you agree that the lawsuits were without merit or will you look to yet more alternative explanations?

[Blimey]

Well thats your opinion, lets see what the judges have to say in two weeks.

I just hope we can all agree that in two weeks whatever we see we can all agree to. I have no problem whatsoever agreeing to a trump victory if the lawsuits find mass fraud created biden's win. And I hope if they don't that we can put this to bed.

I am also not naive. I am absolutely confident may will still be arguing that this was fraud for literally years to come, regardless of what we see in the next two weeks.

You mean there can't be an in between? Maybe the cases have merit, but don't turn the election. Who knows.

My opinion, and that's all anyone here is sharing, is that the dems cheated on multiple fronts in multiple ways. I am hopeful that the as of yet undeclared election will go to Trump. My personal belief is that Trump will have another 4 years in the Whitehouse.

I don't understand why you've got your panties in a bunch because other people have an opinion that differs from yours. Its not like any of us are calling the shots at this point.

Brought this up yesterday. Instead of just letting some voice their opinion he feels the need to tell them how wrong they are, gullible they have been and how right he is. Maybe one should look at the posts, shake their head in disbelief, say to themselves, "These guys are a bunch of fools" and get on with their day lol. Instead, it seems to be sort of a vendetta. Similar to the corona thread.

To be fair, if you could find a few people to talk about guns with around here, say you like a gun on the lower and -Taurus, Kel_tec, HighPoint, etc.- you'll get the same reasoning.

I don't believe the real evidence has yet to be presented ... Some Democrats including E. Warren argued on paper warning that this voting system was open to hacks .. This was several years ago. The Trump team has said that they can prove the system was hacked and the flaws were not corrected . (a back door to the system that was never fixed .. )
From the treehouse we have this insight...

“Does anybody else see it?”
YES, I saw it in both her interview with Sidney, AND with Rudy.
She really wanted to know if they had the hardware and the software. And she followed with “Can you prove your case without it?”
Could of been good journalism, but its the kind of info the opposition legal team would want to know.
Personally, to her second qurstion, YES, I think they can make their case, in court, before a Judge, without either the hard or software.

Now this observation could be very correct... The opposition would love to know what they have and method of attack.
I agree with you on this point... Hope this gets presented and ruled upon that clearly shows fraud was committed on a massive scale .
Some speculation is that this (fraud ) was wide spread far beyond the battle ground states ... House and senate races could also be involved .
Ms Powell has said we might have to hold another election the scale was so great. Races compromised all over the country.. Look at john James senate race .. lost by the slimmest of margins. ..

I do not know if the legal proceedings will bear fruit, but I have no doubt there was widespread fraud.

Are you willing to admit that lack of prosecutions isn't proof that there is a lack of fraud ?

Or do you think the Clintons are totally on the up and up ?

Democrats take to election fraud like college students take to underage drinking. Just because you don't see prosecutions doesn't mean it's not happening.

It means that the people who are tasked with prosecuting it would prefer to just not to know about it.

What is more likely? That she made up a ridiculous story for attention or that it’s true and many people are involved in a criminal conspiracy inviting federal felonies?

As selfish as people have become lately?
I would totally believe that many people are involved in a criminal conspiracy inviting federal felonies.
After all, up until now there have been ZERO penalties for illegal behavior of those in government or supporting their side of government. Yet there have been social and financial penalties for those who seek personal advancement.

i doubt she would make it up and risk her big paycheck. But a bunch of people who think they will remain anonymous and avoid penalties (as is exhibited every fucking day!) would certainly seek to push their agenda behind the scenes.

I wouldn't expect a lawyer to talk about their evidence in a murder case, let alone a federal election.

it's not over yet know matter which way you slice it there's only one POTUS as of now !
So roughly a little over 70% of our country voted for President Trump the rest to sleepy joe ? We have a process in our country when it comes to voting for our President so let it play out a blind man can see there's been some tweaking and underhanded manipulation with the numbers wether electronically or manually ? We know the left and some on the right can't stand the POTUS because he's not cut from the same stone as they are the D.C. swamp don't give a rat's ass about us peasants they only see how much $$ they can milk from us in order to line their pockets and continue their financial legacy running the family empire and they'll lie steal and eliminate anyone in their paths ! Nothing is off the table when it comes to accomplishing this.

[GOYABEAN]

[Celt]

The second one is more likely. Especially after the evidence that has already been presented.

I would also say that I think most people are not in any real fear committing Federal felonies because based on the current track record its not likely they will be prosecuted.

This could be the nail in the coffin if true.....

President of Soros-Linked Voting Software Firm on Biden Transition Team - Trump Lawyers

"US President Donald Trump's legal team has named a retired US Navy admiral as the link between Joe Biden and the software for controversial e-voting machines.

Trump’s attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell alleged Smartmatic - whose chairman of the board, retired Admiral Peter Neffenger, is part of Joe Biden’s transition team - was at the heart of the vote-rigging in the November 3 election.

Smartmatic's holding company is chaired by an associate of influential Hungarian-born billionaire George Soros. Neffenger is also a member of a think-tank that recently received funding from the Ukrainian firm that employed Biden's son."

Most evidence so far is conjecture that any judge would laugh out of court.

Campaign just withdrew its baseless 700k PA claim.

The Trump campaign pushed back Sunday night against reports by the Washington Post and others that it had dropped a major part of its case challenging the election results in Pennsylvania.

The Post‘s Jon Swaine and Elise Viebeck reported that the Trump campaign was abandoning the claim that election authorities invalidated over 600,000 votes by barring Trump election observers from watching the count

That left a much smaller part of the case — namely, that Democratic-run counties allowed voters to “cure” problems with their mailed-in ballots, while Republican counties, following rules laid down by the state legislature, did not.

But Trump campaign legal adviser Jenna Ellis, who appeared on Breitbart News Sunday on Sirius XM Patriot 125 shortly after the Post story came out, disputed its claims.

Congress does not recognize Joe Biden as president elect.

November 13, 2020

The Honorable Emily Murphy
Administrator
General Services Administration
1800 F St. N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20405

Dear Administrator Murphy:

On November 9, 2020, Democratic House Members sent you a letter that misrepresented the facts surrounding your responsibilities under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 (Act). I write to correct the record.

Under the Act, you, as administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA), have the authority to provide government-funded transition assistance to the President-Elect and the Vice-President-Elect. However, this assistance can only occur after there are “apparent successful candidates for the office of the President and Vice President, respectively, as ascertained by the Administrator [you].”

There are enough state contests in question, such that there is not yet an apparent President or Vice-President-Elect. Precedent and legislative history present three situations where there may be an un-apparent President-Elect:

1. The drafters of the Act anticipated three electoral situations where there would be an un-apparent President-Elect: (1) a tie, (2) a plurality winner, or (3) the presence of extensive voter fraud or intimidation. The third being applicable to 2020 since the Trump campaign has raised questions and filed legal challenges in several states;
2. The drafters concluded that “if there is any doubt in the Administrator’s mind” the Administrator does not have to release transition assistance. Since states have not yet certified an electoral winner and some states are still tabulating legal ballots, there remains doubt as to the winner; and
3. The precedent set by the Clinton Administration in the contested 2000 election is that to ascertain an apparent President-Elect there would need to be a concession—which has not yet occurred in 2020—or no more legitimate continuing legal challenges—which has not yet occurred in 2020.

According to Congressional intent and past precedent set by President Clinton, as of today, there is no apparent President-Elect.

A GSA spokesman recently stated that “the GSA Administrator ascertains the apparent successful candidate once a winner is clear based on the process laid out in the Constitution.” I strongly encourage you to do just that: follow the Constitution and past precedent, not the media, when making your determination of the President-Elect. This democracy relies on a rule of law and the law must be followed.

Sincerely,

Jody Hice
Ranking Member
Subcommittee on Government Operations

I don't know where you conspiracy kooks are getting the idea that there was any malfeasance in this election. There's absolutely no evidence of voter fraud! Even the suggestion of voter fraud is, dare I say, RACIST! Purely a construct of the right wing extremists.

Nolte: Sidney Powell and Lin Wood Promise There’s a Ton of Voter Fraud Nolte: Sidney Powell and Lin Wood Promise There's a Ton of Voter Fraud

[cpython]

A few weeks ago i saw a video on Facebook. That was dated back in 2016 during Hillary's campaign. Were people in the trenches were saying how they commit voter fraud. And get away with it. Their very slick and organized. Bringing in people from out of state was part of it. They also mentioned it's basically impossible to prove widespread voter fraud in the courts. Whether the video was mostly bs who knows. But it made alot of sense to me. I tried to save the video but couldn't. I got lucky i saw it in time. It was nowhere to be found. Facebook didn't allow that.

IMO, and i pray i am wrong. Some, not most, of the lawsuits may stick. But won't be enough to change the outcome. The 12th Amendment is another option. That should be pursued. Regardless some experts saying odds are very slim with that.

I would not be surprised if it ends up being Biden and Spread Eagle Harris. Keeping the Senate is a absolute must. And republicans got to fight like their lives depend on it. Because our lives do depend on it. The demorats there are already up to no good.

Regarding that video of Biden.

Is this one of those deals? Where some people completely ignore a game changing fact. Because it doesn't fit their agenda... ( just like the fact that COVID-19 has a 99+% survival rate ) But yet we are all gonna die if we do not comply with the BS.

It's like pulling a hat over your eyes and sticking a finger in each ear.
And then coming to an informed conclusion... That doesn't work very well if ya ask me.

I mean it's right fucking there. An admission of guilt. Stated very clearly.
The high ranking Democrats must have left permanent facepalm marks on their faces
after Biden said that.

I'm not done... LOL

Lets say that I am accused of robbing a bank in my county. Then I go on TV and clearly say.
"We have the most extensive bank robbery operation in the county."

Then in court, The DA shows the jurors the video of me saying that. It's probably not going to go well for me... (You all get the point I'm making.)

Would that Biden video make a good closing argument or what... LOL
