Comes down to confirmation bias. 5 years of being fed orange man bad makes any ridiculous accusation believable. Anything contradictory is deemed irrelevant or untrue.

It’s human nature and we all need to be aware we’re susceptible. In this case the evidence is overwhelming and denying it is willful.

"Ideological subversion:

It robs the targeted population of its ability to process valid information. Even when demoralization targets are “showered with authentic proof” of contrary positions, they simply “refuse to believe it.”

“The process will begin with an L & A – resetting the machine to ‘zero’ to begin the recount,” the text of the message stated before describing the specifics of the recount process.

The affidavit was written by a Republican poll worker who says he or she addressed concerns about wiping the machines to the election manager.

“Because the plan on Monday is to wipe the voting machines clean, and start from 0 so that we can recount using those machines, I’m concerned by what I am reading online,” the poll worker wrote, according to the affidavit.

What in the holy fuck!

I was being sarcastic.

(Probable cause requires evidence) A man fitting the description of a bank robber can be probable cause the evidence being the matching description

I'm not sure what the legal term is. But for example, a woman walks into a police station and says she has been raped they don't tell her to leave because she has no proof. They ask many questions and if it seems credible they continue the investigation. Later in the investigation they need concrete proof.

Yeah but when you get to court that's when you lay that proof out. In the 38 or so cases Trump was in court he didn't have the proof to lay out. That's why Trump lost the cases. Pretty straight forward if you ask me.

You keep saying "lost the cases".

None of the cases are done being litigated yet. He hasn't lost them anymore than Biden is the "president elect".

They layed out the evidence , if you watched the video in court. The evidence was there. Because a democratic state judge said it wasn't enough doesn't mean its over. Thats what appeals are for.

In stunning testimony, McInerney stated his sources have told him U.S. Army Special Forces, possibly the famed Delta Force, raided the CIA-run server farm in Frankfurt, Germany.

5 soldiers were killed in the ensuing firefight, as well as one CIA paramilitary; the CIA personnel were allegedly flown in from Afghanistan for security, according to related news reports.

Subsequent review of the secured servers yielded proof that China, Iran, and Russia were involved in the attempted coup against President Donald Trump, who will be shown to have won an overwhelming victory for the American people, McInerney revealed.
“These people have committed treason,” declared McInerney. He pleaded with President Trump to not leave office until the treason is uncovered, otherwise America will be fatally wounded and ripe for takeover by our enemies.

McInerney also stated that he believes President Trump knew the steal was coming, hence his executive order issued for sanctions for interference in our elections by foreign powers.

Come on folks…. Eventually the “coincidences” just become too much to say it’s just random chance. So if you’ve been tracking this story, it is generating a LOT of controversy. Essentially, the theory has been stated that President Trump’s team, in some connection with DHS and CISA, have...

GA officials performing “software update” on Fulton County voting machines at this very moment at World Congress Center. They are trying to erase the evidence by scrubbing the machines with litigation pending. BLOW YOUR HORNS. PATRIOTS. This cannot stand.

They better have a bunch of other ammo because wiping firmware tends to smoke any data. Add tampering with evidence to the list.
