This is a tall claim, with no evidence provided--even trump, who calls the entire epstein thing a hoax now, has made no such claim. There is also no investigation into this. Very clearly trump doesn't want to talk about epstein whatsoever, and instead of admitting you got tricked (to the credit of some here they are able to admit that) you've created a false narrative so that you can maintain cognitive dissonance over this.

It's far more reasonable to say that neither administration wanted the files released because they are two sides of the same coin, and complete issuance of the files--as prescribed by law, remember--would burn democrats and republicans alike.

Four indisputable facts: He said he'd release the files. A law was passed with huge partisan support to do just that. The files haven't been released. No explanation given by trump whatsoever other than to now plead that they are a hoax.

How many times has defilade corresponded directly with trump? How many times has he written birthday cards to him or been in pictures with him?

Trump released far more files than anyone before him.

Should he have released everything, even if it burns the world order to the ground ? Absolutely. If that's what the result would be, then it *should* burn to the ground.

But, a lot of people have this very strange double standard where they blame the guy who released millions of pages for not releasing more, and completely excusing the people who released none.

As for who appeared in pictures or received cards, are you claiming that everyone who appeared at the same public events as Epstein were somehow culpable ?

Or everyone who sent a letter to a massively popular public figure is somehow his buddy?

Being "in the files" just means Epstein knew your name. You would be hard pressed to find *anyone* who's "files" didn't mention Trump.

Now, there is *no* evidence in the files that Trump did anything wrong. Just that Epstein knew who he was. *Everybody* knows who Trump is.

There are and always were bad examples of clergy in every religion, some bordering on evil. Jim Jones, Croatian Catholic priests who ran concentration camps, Ukrainian priests, who called for the murder of Polish peasants. Russian priests who called for pogroms. This is just in the modern history, without even going into middle ages and medieval times.
