I expect the British Law Enforcement has become so complacent between sitting on their ass watching cameras and being hamstrung with bureaucracy that all they're capable of is chasing low hanging fruit.
The immigration and systemic problems are engineered, but to an end I haven't yet figured....England and Australia are far and away from our wheelhouse, but Canada isn't and all three ARE under the rule of the British Crown...While nothing popped up on a while, I did watch a credible interview identifying the anti-Christ as King Charles....yea I get it, but anymore it's getting harder and harder to understand the World around us, truth from fiction and worst something in between.
