The intent of the leaders is to turn their countries into globalist states that no longer identify as French, Italian, British, etc. They believe their native populations are too old and soft to resist until it's too late. The leaders actually hate the people they presume to lead.

The central governments are welcoming it.

They plan to let it fester for a while and then come in to "solve" it by grabbing more power for themselves.

But, they're likely to be too greedy, and end up losing control to the miscreants altogether.

Then we'll have to go *back* over there to kill the bad guys and save them *again*.

If that happens, then I say 3 times in one century is too much. We need to find a permanent solution to keep them from putting self destructive shitweasels in charge.
