FWIW. I recently read from a few different sources that Kamala Harris is likely going to be the 2028 nominee, and she's fully into it. Harris, Sanders, AOC, and the rest of the communist clowns should be a gift to the Republicans.
But not so fast, as time has proven, the Republicans are very good at “snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.” That IMO gives some validity to the accusations that it's actually a uni-party.

I disagree Harris will be the presidential candidate for the left. Many on the left hate her. To me it all depends on what happens on the next year. If the Iran war ends and prices stabilize they won’t run her. If this crap keeps going on anyone on the left will win and she would likely get the nod then. AOC is next. If Trump turns it around and brings prices down AOC will get the nods to fight oligarchs, billionaires, trillionaires, and Scrooge McDuck while converting the monopoly man into a generous donor and socialist.

Most people understand the dynamic with Graham Platner has come down to price. How much are the Communists going to have to pay to get the Nazi rapist to leave the Maine senatorial race.There are various storylines surrounding the negotiations [Example Here], but the bottom line is how much can Platner get for his exit? Hmmm…. actually I think all along the dems ran him with the intention of inserting their real candidate at the last minute. Their real candidate will be so reasonable, pleasant and different from “horrible man Platner”, and the voters won’t have a chance to really know and understand the new Insert, that they will be happily placated and come out and vote for him/her. Only to find out to their future dismay they’ve voted in another uber-socialist Spanberger.
Just my take on the situation.
