How fast can you field strip and reassemble your EDC or favorite rifle?

I dont EDC a rifle (yet)

But a j frame takes but 2 seconds.

I dont time myself because there is no scenario where having to strip or assemble my EDC with any form of speed.

Kind of a moot point for me. Whenever I have a gun disassembled, its for cleaning and I always have one fully assembled nearby anyway, so I take my time.

I used to disassemble and reassemble my Browning High Power in the dark just for giggles. One night, after a few bourbons, I got the spring in backwards and jammed it up. Good thing I had a second one to count on for the rest of the night
