Buy an RV with all this stuff already installed. We have 1500 watts of solar with 618Ah of power. Which I will increase to about 1200 Ah. in the next couple years
Honestly, the world could go to shit-in-a-hand-basket, and all we need is the sun. Last January and February we spent 3 weeks in the desert. I got my guns, and can hunt for food. I am very confident we can easily last a month or more without to much aggravation

At some point i'd like to make a camper shell for my deuce. You could make a pretty nice little setup in there with an 8' x 12' bed.
