I told the CSA to bring back the two year enlistment in 1997. Someone finally listened.

Yeah I don’t think he’d want to co own with his friend. I called FFL and they said he could pay for it (online sale) and then his friend would fill out the 4473. For some reason I thought it was a much bigger deal, but guess not.

This right here.
As long as the guy receiving the gun does the 4473, it doesnt matter who pays for it.
