If by owned you mean the guy with the largest personal share and control of TikToc / ByteDance (TikTok parent company still based out of China), AND the largest personal share of TikTok USDS (a spin off of TikToc Data from the US), AND the guy sitting on both boards ... yeah Jeff Yass is Jewish.

His trading firm, Susquehanna International Group, holds an additional 15% stake in the parent company TikTok, contributing to a combined holding of roughly 22%. Yass's ByteDance also has a maximum legal 19.9% share of TicTok USDS. Yass also adds to his largest personal stake of TikTok USDS through his Vastmere Strategic Investments minority holdings.
