A corrupt government, does not arrest themselves, put themselves on trial, or put themselves in prison. It`s ALL just political theater, a clown show.

And the operatives aren't fired for the misconduct. They're fired because they're not good enough at it to not get caught.

Plus, they're far less useful now that they are publicly exposed.

Judge Delivers Blow to Letitia James in Mortgage Fraud Case

A federal judge on Friday denied Letitia James’ request to force federal prosecutors to turn over all of their communications with the media after it was reported that Lindsey Halligan was exchanging text messages with a Lawfare reporter.
A couple of weeks ago, US Attorney Lindsey Halligan exchanged Signal messages with Lawfare reporter Anna Bower.
It is not unusual for a prosecutor to communicate with the press.

I can't verify, but the word is that Jumbo's bathroom scales have filed assault and battery charges on you know the thing.

That unskinny, corrupt fuck is an embarrassment to New York State.
That corrupt cow is everything wrong with everything.

Meh, I just thought I'd mention it.

Lawyers for New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a motion Friday to dismiss mortgage fraud charges the Trump administration brought against her, ironically arguing the case is a politically motivated prosecution.
The filing reports a host of comments from President Donald Trump designed to show that her prosecution was driven by personal animus that emanates from James’ lawsuit against Trump and his companies in her capacity as state attorney general.

Police Were Called to Homes at Center of Letitia James Fraud Case Two Dozen Times

Police have been dispatched to two homes owned by New York Attorney General Letitia James and occupied by her troubled family members over two dozen times, according to reports.
The revelation largely centers around an existing controversy surrounding her Virginia home and her mortgage fraud indictment. As Breitbart News detailed:

On October 9, James was indicted by a Virginia grand jury in a case related to a mortgage she took out on a home in Virginia. According to the indictment, to receive more favorable mortgage rates, James claimed the Virginia home would be used as her second home. Mortgage rates are higher for those who intend to rent the property out, which is what James appears to be doing.

Notably, the home is occupied by James’s fugitive grandniece Nakia Thompson, who reportedly moved into the home in 2020 with her three children.
According to reports from the New York Post, for this home alone, cops have been dispatched a dozen times “including several instances in which they were called multiple times in a day.” These were for various reasons — from vandalism to domestic issues and suspicions persons, per the report.
“That property also has had repeated police calls, with 10 visits by officers between April 2024 and April 2025,” per the Post. This included a call for assault, per the reports.

Um......
If she's a fugitive why wasn't she removed the first time they showed up?
Or for any of the issues that resulted in cops being called MULTIPLE TIMES.

Why hasn't jumbo been arrested yet?

Interesting but not really relevant to her legal troubles. Maybe gives motive but that’s not really needed to prove mortgage fraud but could help proving that she intended to misrepresent the information on the application. This is the pitfall in this case is you need to prove she intentionally misrepresented this and didn’t accidentally check the box.
My wife and I recently did that when going for an auto loan. She checked we owned our house without a loan against it. I remember her asking what to out because the wording was odd. Salesmen asked me to review and sign and I caught it. His response was doesn’t matter we verify everything anyway. We signed and moved on. I’m not saying she didn’t do it on purpose but proving that is difficult to impossible.

FWIW - an AI Overview

Yes, New York Attorney General Jumbo James is being recharged, as the case was dismissed without prejudice. A federal judge dismissed the initial charges against her in November 2025, but this was not a permanent dismissal, allowing for the possibility of the prosecution filing new charges.

  • Initial charges and dismissal: James was indicted in October 2025 on charges of bank fraud and making false statements in Virginia related to a 2020 home purchase. A federal judge dismissed these charges on November 24, 2025, because the prosecutor who brought the case was deemed to have been illegally appointed.
  • Dismissal without prejudice: The dismissal was "without prejudice," meaning the government can bring the charges again after a proper appointment is made. Her attorney stated they would fight any renewed charges.
  • Legal basis for dismissal: The argument centered on whether the prosecutor, Lindsey Halligan, was lawfully installed by the Justice Department. If the prosecutor is found to have been illegally appointed, it could invalidate the indictments they obtained.
  • James's stance: James has denied the charges, claiming they are politically motivated and a result of President Trump's desire for revenge.

Second attempt to refile was rejected by the grand jury. She’s free!! I knew nothing would come of this. Shame.

There was a point when I was hopeful. I mean, Jumbo's very own signature is on multiple fraudulent documents. Those signatures didn't get there all by themselves. The case seemed like a slam dunk to me.

Even though I know that Democrats with any power never face the consequences of their criminal actions. I thought just maybe, this one time, just might be th ah fuck it. I should have known better.

Now that Jumbo James knows for a fact that she's untouchable. That her Get Out of Jail Free card is valid. She's going to be worse than ever, more corrupt than ever, more dangerous than ever.

Jumbo's bathroom scales had her charged with assault and battery.
Her bathroom mirror had her charged with menacing.

Jumbo got away with those crimes too. She's in the club, the Democrat club.
