lawmakers-propose-amendment-to-address-mass-casualty-events-

[holdover]

This is kinda weird , but Ill post it and let you be the judge.

A constitutional amendment has been proposed by members of the House of Representatives to address a potential mass casualty event and discourage potential attacks and assassination attempts against U.S. lawmakers.

According to The Washington Post, two Republicans and two Democrats in the House of Representatives have proposed a constitutional amendment that would provide continued representation for American citizens in the event of a potential mass casualty incident by allowing House members to be quickly replaced. The lawmakers have argued that the amendment would discourage people from committing violent acts to change the House’s balance of power.

The proposed amendment, which is also supported by Reps. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio), William Timmons (R-S.C.), and Emanuel Cleaver II (D-Mo.), would require each member of the House to give at least five names from their political party to their state’s governor that would be used to determine an interim appointee who would be selected within 10 days of a representative’s death. The appointee would serve until a special election could be held.

Great minds think a like... I posted something like this like 10 minutes ago.

Gotta have some way to legitimize the Shadow Government...
So far the only "Mass Casualty" was the Democrat nut-job that shot up the Baseball Game a few years back.
If one were contemplating murdering a bunch of congresscritters, do you really think he's concerned with the "balance of power"?
IIRC the Governor of the State the deceased Representative is from can appoint a replacement.
See, shit is about to go down, and they want desperately to keep power and control...
Ont thing I'll say about Jan 6th (even though it was orchestrated by democrat leadership) is it had to scare the fuck out of a bunch of 'critters who must have realized their "safe space" was not safe from an angry mob, let alone an armed one intent on collecting the ultimate price.

We're certainly living in uncertain times.

Once again, there's never a bad time to top off your preps. Don't forget pet supplies if applicable.

Winter time is coming up, having only one source of heat it is not good enough. Remember, one is none, two or more is the correct answer. Having a secondary source of heat to keep you and your family warm is a must. You know, just incase.

I just thought I'd mention it.

then we can add term limits and you only get paid minimum wage for 25 hours a week and no pensions ..

sound fair to me ..

Ha! Self absorbed twats. Like they’re so indispensable. They could be gone for years and nobody would notice, and the government would carry on like nothing ever happened.

Sounds like preparation for possibility of a nuclear war.

Sounds like preparation for possibility of a nuclear war.

I'm at the point from what I've read in the news, more so recently (not even forums/videos/etc), my gut feeling is 50% chance of nuclear war.

Top that off with forums/videos/blogs, that raises my thoughts of nuclear war to 70% chance.

You see, as an example, there is no good reason why top YouTube channels (not talking prepping channels!) would strategize "What If" a nuke dropped in downtown Manhattan, or San Francisco, etc. Especially the cartoony (kids type) channels. Why would NYC put out a YouTube video of what to do if there is a nuclear incident. Other than if there was a higher than 50% chance of it happening.

From a different perspective... Folks that drive classic cars or ride motorcycles, you look at the weather before you take the car/bike out, right? You look at the percentages of precipitation... right? Some folks say, if it's 50% or less OK to ride the bike to work that day -- they feel comfortable enough knowing/taking a chance, it's a 50 percent chance it's going to rain. Some may say, oh, shit, hell no, 50% I don't wanna get wet -- they prefer 0% chance. Generally speaking, when it gets high enough, there's a point at which yes it "could" rain, to where yes it "will" rain and typically for most that is anything about 70%, unless you are adventurous.

With me saying 70% chance, it still may or may not happen, but be aware that there is the imminent probability. Or in other words, have "heightened awareness".

This does not sit well at all... Very odd timing and appearance of self serving motivation.

[Drinkthekoolaid]

So.... Total obscure internet rumor.

There is rumint of Hezbollah planning to use weaponized pure fentanyl to spray over Israel with drones or rockets of some sort.

I thought about that scenario, it's something I never thought of ever before occurring and it seems plausible and the outcome could be devastating. Imagine the first responders themselves becoming victims coming into contact with this poison as they try to help ODing victims who were hit and had a tiny dose absorb through their skin.

Just saying...

It sounds plausible, highly effective and utterly terrifying.

The proposed amendment, will never occur and there is no reason for it. There are already many protections in place for a bad, real world situation.

Agreed, everyone knows about the order of succession etc which makes this proposal even more eyebrow raising is that we already have a mechanism in place, so why the need for this?

Bad things are coming.

Greed, no morals, no ethics will destroy this empire.

They should put forth the effort to prevent a mass casualty event.
Instead of going the constitutional amendment route.

I do not trust them.

Let's do term limits next!

BREAKING: Personal information of over 3,000 congressional staffers and workers in DC leaked across dark web in massive cyberattack.

Everything is on the Dark Web.

And if people found out about political figures and celebrities and what they have available regarding the blackmail society would collapse in 24 hrs.

P. Diddy sold quite a few tapes on the Dark Net.

So this information coming out at this time is of no coincidence.

Because there is no better time given that we are moving into an entire new banking system next month. And you will for the 1st time actually be financially free.

Whoever has these leaks will become the most dangerous person in the world. And they can become very rich if they decide to sell these to news publications or tabloids and literally destroy careers across entire industries.

So I know these congressional leaders are very nervous right now.

Because a lot of illegal things they were not supposed to be doing was done at Capitol Hill itself.

Dwight David Eisenhower

The secret White House underground-construction fund was set up in 1957 by President Eisenhower. The funding was obtained from Congress under the guise of ’construction and maintenance of secret sites where the President could be taken in case of military attack: Presidential Emergency Sites.’

The sites are literally holes in the ground, deep enough to withstand a nuclear blast, and are outfitted with state-of-the-art communications equipment. To date there are more than 75 sites spread around the country which were built using money from this fund. The Atomic Energy Commission has built at least 22 underground sites.

The location and everything to do with these sites were and are considered and treated as Top Secret. The money was and is in control of the Military Office of the White House, and was and is laundered through so circuitous a web that even the most knowledgeable spy or accountant cannot follow it. As of 1980 only a few at the beginning and end of this web knew what the money was for.

At the beginning were Representative George Mahon of Texas, the chairman of the House Appropriations Committee and of its Defense Subcommittee, and Representative Robert Sikes of Florida, chairman of the House Appropriations Military Construction Subcommittee.

It's said that Airliners don't crash from one severe failure, but rather a cascading of several events: AirAmerica won't crash from one war, economic failure, it'll be a series of catastrophic events and the "crash" will be the perfect opportunity to implement all those freedom destroying threats we've been worried about for the last 60 years.
Might take personal inventory and decide if you're prepped for the ride, and when you'll be ready for the journey.

[Bozo]

Once upon a time I thought OBL could have done us a favor if the hijackers had targeted a State of the Union address. Eventually realized the human garbage that is most politicians would have simply been replaced by the exact same type of people. A congressional mass casualty event wouldn't change anything other than the faces.

Oct 7th surprise?? God knows we have enough infiltrators in this country, Weve all heard about sleeper cells , just pondering outloud

And these brain-dead assholes have nothing else to do?

How about getting rid of that traitorous shitweasel Johnson?

Or labeling the DemonRat party as a "terrorist organization"?

Agree strongly with this.

What could go wrong with thousands of violent and unvetted POS being released into the interior of the fUSA while the military is occupied at FOBs in Poland, Romania and other places near Ukraine and another shitload being in the Middle East?
