MIDDLETOWN – Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney demanded clarification on the US Immigration and Customers Enforcement police regarding Wednesday’s incident where three armed agents went into Middletown City Hall chasing an undocumented resident leaving bystanders confused and alarmed by the situation.

The man ICE officers were trying to apprehend fought with them and escaped.
