This isn’t an election. A jury doesn’t buy cheap tricks, and bogus counter suits, and silliness.

If the AG decides to prosecute I will bet anyone money that he is convicted or accepts a plea. He thinks he’s running for office but crying to his base on this matter has zero impact on his criminal investigation.

However we do know for a fact that lots of classified documents were being held there, possibly in violation of federal law. If those classified documents were being held in order to commit future blackmail or extortion or as leverage that is indeed a crime.

The FBI had a warrant signed by a partisan hack of a judge in obvious violation of all standards of judicial propriety.

No warrant should *ever* be issued for "all documents that might be evidence of a crime".

That's blatantly unconstitutional and any judge that would issue such a warrant should not be a judge.

There is no proof they weren't.

So you have Trump's word against nothing.



During a press conference in 1964 president Johnson decided to announce the existence of the SR71. One of the most highly classified projects in American history.

He just decided to do it by himself at the moment to respond to criticism that he was weak on the military. "Look at this cool thing we made under my watch".

The decision was so hasty that he referred to it as the SR71 instead of the RS71 that it had been know as, thus forcing the administration to invent the backronym "strategic reconnaissance".

So, unless someone has proof that Trump didn't think to himself "I should declassified the contents of those boxes the GSA delivered before I go" prior to Biden's inauguration, you have no case.

If you somehow *do* have a mind reading helmet and can prove that he didn't have that idea until after he left office, you're still not going to be able to convict, because the warrant was so flawed and evidence collected from it or any "fruit of the poisonous tree" will be suppressed.

Gentlemen, and I use that term loosely, please refrain from calling @ronstar a troll and use the ignore button. There is no actual proof he lives under a bridge. Every time you post something that gets under his skin he reports it. @HEX has had to repair the report button 6 times in the last month.

While @ronstar’s posts certainly seem to indicate he is a founding member of the Brady coalition against handgun violence or Moms demand action and is the chairman of AOC’s board of advisors there is no actual proof he is. Of course there is no actual proof posted on this forum that @ronstar is a he, an American, a gun owner, an unemployed teenager posting from the public library, or lives in his mom’s basement either, so please use the ignore function. I don’t want to have to ban anyone because of a hurt feeling report being filed, this is the last warning.

@ronstar the ignore button works as well as the report button. Please use it.
