Was Judge Who Signed-Off on Sketchy FBI Search Warrant Raid of Trump Home, a Client Name in Ghislane Maxwells Little Black Book? - The Last Refuge

There’s an interesting angle given the revelation that Judge Bruce Reinhart signed-off on the sketchy FBI search warrant for the residence of President Trump in Florida. Judge Bruce Reinhart was the former U.S. attorney in West Palm Beach who spent 12 years as a federal prosecutor, before...

It was not Trump that stirred this crap up. It all goes back to the folks running the white house.

Maybe and maybe not. He may have know. People were listening to his phone calls and baited them into this. Wouldn’t that be a great way to stir up support? Not saying this is the case but damn why not?

Christina Bobb, former President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer who was at his Florida mansion on Monday as the FBI searched it, spoke with Real America’s Voice on Tuesday and said that the warrant the FBI showed her was partly sealed.
“When I arrived and kind of announced myself as the legal representation for President Trump. I asked to see a copy of the warrant,” Bobb said, recounting the events prior to the search.

“Initially they refused and said, ‘You know, we don’t have to show it to you.’ And there was a little bit of an exchange about whether it was appropriate to withhold the warrant when you’re searching the residence of the former president, who’s likely to be the Republican nominee in the next election, though they conceded and let me see it, they did not give me a copy of it right away, but they did let me see it,” Boob, a former host on the far-right One America News Network, continued.
“It was very, I would say, thin. And as you can tell from public records, the affidavit, the supporting documentation of what the probable cause was to obtain the warrant has been sealed,” she added.
Many observers and legal analysts have noted that Trump and his attorney likely had the warrant and would be able to make public the reasoning behind the search, a notion Bobb shot down on Monday.

“So we’re not allowed to see that. We have to go to court to request the judge to release that which, you know, may or may not happen. So we don’t know what the probable cause is, why they were allowed to search, but they did,” Bobb continued.
Bobb was then asked why the search was conducted and conceded it pertained to the Presidential Records Act and the returning of classified information to the National Archives.
“They also said that they were looking for classified documents, evidence of a crime as far as classified documents go,” Bobb explained.
“So they were looking for both classified information that they think should not have been removed from the White House as well as presidential records,” she add, then noted its “ironic” as a president can declassify documents at will.
“It doesn’t really make any sense. And the same thing with any potential classified information, which I don’t believe there was any down there. We had done a search of it before and didn’t find anything noteworthy yet. I’m sure that they’re claiming that there was something terribly egregious, that a grave matter of national security. But we’ll find out,” she concluded.

Bobb added that she doesn’t even think the FBI would go through the trouble of planting evidence, they would “just make stuff up.”
In an earlier exchange with the network, Bobb was asked by Karyn Turk if the FBI had “planted” evidence, which has become a common talking point on the right.
“Nobody observed it,” Bobb responded. “No, there wasn’t. To your point, this was a completely unnecessary power flex. It was a weird flex. It’s quite honestly sad to see what they have done to our country.”
“No, there is no security that something wasn’t planted,” she added. “I’m not saying that’s what they did.”

Trump attorney Christina Bobb said the FBI had no reason to raid her “extremely cooperative” client.

Yes, as I said, that would be like seizing the guns at Ft Sumpter.

But that *is* how a new civil war would start. With state officials telling federal officials to go fuck themselves.

As for who actually gets arrested in that situation, it depends on who brought more guns.

I do not think we are anywhere near that point yet, but when/if it happens that's what it will look like.

You mean like the Bundy standoff with the bureau of land management?
Such actions would fall right into the democrats trap. Fight in the courts instead.

you guys seem to think the FBI were at Mar-a-Largo to search for evidence,

Im TELLING YOU, the FBI were there to plant evidence. The FBI turned off all the cameras, they said that Bobb or anyone else could not watch.

Im telling you, this is a setup. The only thing the dummyrats have left, is a flat out assassination. they will now have to kill 45 in order to keep him from the white house

Welcome to the Third World

The FBI really better have something "pulverizing" on Trump, because otherwise we've just witnessed one of the dumbest moves in the history of politics

Well written article by a liberal writer who dislikes trump. I think his tone is off - he essentially views the raid as a "dumb" political move and not the evil machinations of a group of corrupt people.

I am more nervous about the prospect of actual political violence now than I ever have been.

Confutatis maledictis

Confutatis maledictis
Flammis acribus addictis,
Voca me cum benedictis.

Oro supplex et acclinis,
Cor contritum quasi cinis,
Gere curam mei finis.

When the accursed have been confounded
And given over to the bitter flames,
Call me with the blessed.

I pray in supplication on my knees.
My heart contrite as the dust,
Safeguard my fate.

Something deeply funny about him calling for Clinton to be jailed over mishandling of documents and now he’s going to face criminal charges over the same.

Of Course he is already claiming that the FBI will plant evidence. Always playing the victim.

The bundy standoff wasn't Nevada state officials vs the BLM. It was private citizens.

If the Nevada state troopers had shown up and threatened to arrest the BLM agents for cattle rustling, *that* would be what I'm talking about.

And it would not be falling into a trap. It would be saying "fuck the trap we're taking this to another level". At that point whatever political gotchas the left springs are irrelevant.

The closest we've come in recent memory was Lon Horouchi.

He was the FBI sniper who killed Vicky Weaver back in the 90s. The state prosecutor wanted to charge him with her murder, but ended up backing down when threatened by the feds.

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the Biden Justice Department to produce a copy of a search warrant executed at his Mar-a-Lago estate, where the FBI conducted a nine-hour-plus search on Monday.

Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart ordered the DOJ to “file a Response to the Motion to Unseal” the warrant after requests were made by the Times-Union, a newspaper located in Albany, N.Y., as well as the conservative legal group Judicial Watch.

The judge said that the DOJ must respond no later than Aug. 15, reports said.
