Kentucky district 4 has about one hundred voting age Jews in the entire district and it has likely only a dozen, if any that are registered Jewish Republicans eligible to vote in that primary.

The voters in Kentucky 4 chose between the candidates on the ballot over the issues that they considered important. Massie was a lazy campaigner and probably got worse over the years when he essentially ran unopposed. When I met Massie on the hill and in a social setting, I was not impressed.

Massie played his role well but a few things gave him away. The first thing that caught my attention was his yay vote for raising the debt ceiling. Then he attempted to cover that vote up with the classic line "I got them to make cuts..." Raising the debt ceiling to force more borrowing and then not spending all that borrowing is still expanding the debt. Typical of congress anyway. But Massie sold out. The second thing was teaming up with democrats to call for Epstein files release when he was silent on Epstein since he got to congress in 2013. Not one word. Even during the Biden administration. Suddenly Trump enters office and he starts complaining. Coincidence? I think not. There are no coincidences in politics.

Now for all those MAGA people out there, listen up. You have been trolled by the likes of Massie, MTG and a few others in conservation media. I don't think that's correct. The BBB tried to ban Medicaid funding for transgender funding but the provision was taken out by the Senate Parliamentarian under the Byrd rule. It did not fund transgender surgeries, it just failed to ban them because of the reconciliation rules.
