Looks like there is a need for some
undercover brooding vigilante billionaire dark knights who are tortured by the broken system unable to address rampant criminal abuse but are blessed with the tools, values, means and skills to help justice prevail under the cover of anonymity.

At this point I doubt there's any recompense that can be offered and the SEC sure isn't going to shoulder the blame. BUT, with how much they hound him, maybe they can give him one free Mulligan or a Get Out of SEC Jail Free Card.

There were a whole bunch of former twitter finance people who signed off on obviously false financial reports, and therefore inflated the stock price, before Musk bought it.

The securities folks usually don't like that sort of thing. Its the kind of thing that puts CPAs in jail.

Yes but someone has to investigate and then prosecute. We know our current DOJ won't.

The only way this goes anywhere and results in any prosecution or resolution is if the MSM does a reversal and begins reporting truthful news. But that would amount to indicting themselves for their past crimes. There hasnt been a peep about this anywhere but the conservative networks, right now the leftist media is spinning their heads trying to figure a way to turn this into a right wing conspiracy theory. I dont think Musk has to fear being "Epstiened", more likely he will be assassinated by a crazed MAGA supporter or a Proud Boy. They can then go with the "all this incriminating evidence was invented and the threads are fake". As long as they have the DOJ and all upper level LE in DC in their pockets there will be no investigation, no indictments and nothing will change. Anybody that thinks there will be a civil war has pipe dreams. Any form of any uprising will be quickly put down by the military and decried as an "insurrection" by right wing terrorists. We are doomed.

Elon Musk Alleges FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried Donated over $1 Billion to Democrats

Sam Bankman-Fried, the CEO of FTX cryptocurrency exchange, announced in May that he would donate “north of $100 million” and up to a “soft ceiling” of $1 billionfor the Democrat candidate running against President Donald Trump in the 2024 race.

Bankman-Fried donated over $40 million to Democrats in the 2022 midterm elections.

FTX was laundering money from Ukraine and moving millions to donate to Democrats in the 2022 midterms.
It was a nifty trick by Democrats to get some easy campaign cash.

Kari Lake puts Big Tech on blast:

“It is frightening what is happening with Twitter. This is an arm, it’s a propaganda arm of our government, and we need to wake up right now and demand that we get some control over what’s happening in our government…

We’re talking about Twitter tonight. Let’s talk Facebook. What about Tik Tok? This thing is gonna go so deep, that I think people are gonna be shocked when they learn the full extent.”

I think we’ve only scratched the surface…

Per @mtaibbi, former FBI snake and Twitter Deputy General Counsel Jim Baker was combing through the Twitter files unbeknownst to Musk, who canned him today when it was brought to his attention. The cover-up was ongoing until today - incredible. More coming soon via @bariweiss
