Grandmother needs to be arrested for allowing a 12 year old access to firearms.

They may round up the whole family. Sounds like 73 year old Ellis may be the boy's great grandmother. From an interview, the gun belonged to Ellis's son Randolph Bunn (the grand uncle of the 12 year old) who the invaders already had taken down.
