Need help identifying this (Rifle)

Hey guys it’s been a while, like even before FUAC lol. Hope you all are doing well.
I had an uncle pass and left me this rifle, some family says it’s from Sweden. I don’t wanna drop a round in there to see what it is since it might not come back out. These are pics of pics because it’s not in my possession yet, I gotta do paperwork. There’s no caliber or gauge markings on it just this button thing.

Swedish M1896 Mauser: now there are multiple variations, and looking at the proximity of the handguard to the muzzle and replacement Front Sight it migh have been sporterized. The Disk tells the lands and groove diameters (wear measurements)

Yeah, it's a M96 Swedish Mauser. It's in 6.5X55 Swedish caliber. It's been heavily sporterized. I have an unmodified original if you need pictures of what it should look like.

Yep, and here's exactly what we can tell by the disk markings.

This is a later style disk. The big 'piece of the pie' is bore diameter. The mark on the more inside 0, means that when it left the arsenal the bore was 6.50 mm. The upper row of number would anything above 6.51, the lower row above 6.46.
The small piece of the pie is bore condition. If there are no marks, that's a 'perfect score'. Since you have both 2 and 3 marks, this means that when it was assessed, it initially was marked a 2 , meaning moderate wear, light rust or pitting inside the grooves and on the sides of the lands , but a later inspection, before it left the armory again had it re-marked to a 3; meaning potentially significant rust, corrosion, or pitting throughout the bore. This was still considered serviceable in it's time, but near retirement, and not hugely uncommon for rifles sold as surplus.

EDIT: Since it's been sporterized though, these markings may not mean anything as to what barrel is on it or what it's condition is now.
