New York expands gun storage rules and ammunition-purchase restrictions

Well I hope the spouse is happy when I start having to wear a holster to bed.

That could make things interesting at some point in time.

There’s a huge difference between saying they have no jurisdiction on private property and following the fourth amendment of the constitution. No jurisdiction means they can’t enter or enforce anything on private property or they can’t enter it. If a cop doesn’t have jurisdiction in an area that means they can’t enforce laws or enter that area. Big difference in following the constitution and no jurisdiction means

Their Jurisdiction ends at private property and the 4th doesn't allow for unlawful search and seizure of private property. Who shall step forward in court and say my property is theirs?

Yeah, I don’t understand this either. What the hell have they been checking for with these ammunition background checks then? I mean , before this , what would have prohibited you from purchasing it?

He's building a list
checking it twice
gonna find out who's naughty or nice....
