I read the piece and even read the waxing poetic over gun poetry twice. I can't tell if he is for it or against it.

Maybe the mayor should really look deep into exactly what, or who, is causing the issues.

I do not live there, don't think I have ever been there and I know for a fact what the problem(s) are.

Not really hard to figure out. Just gotta have the balls as mayor to say it out loud.
